Guest Experience & Policies

Welcome to DymeDeluxe. These policies help protect your time, my time, and your results.

 Hair Prep

To maintain the integrity of your hair and provide the best results:

Please arrive with your hair:

  • Gently detangled

  • Dry

  • Free of heavy oils, gels, and buildup

 

If additional detangling is required, extra time and an added fee may apply, or the appointment may need to be rescheduled at the stylist’s discretion.

⏰ Arrival & Timing

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

  • A 10-minute grace period is offered

  • Late arrivals may incur a fee

  • If timing interferes with the next guest, the appointment may be rescheduled

 

No-call / no-shows may require full payment to rebook in the future.

🚫 Guest Policy

To maintain a calm and focused service experience:

  • No additional guests

  • No children

  • Unless previously discussed and approved

 

This allows attention to remain fully on you and your hair care.

🏡 Private Studio Setting

DymeDeluxe operates from a beautifully curated in-home studio designed to feel intimate, clean, and welcoming.

Please be courteous, respectful, and mindful of the space to ensure a peaceful environment for every guest.

📸 Photo & Content Consent

DymeDeluxe celebrates healthy hair journeys.
Photos or short videos may be captured for social media and portfolio use with your consent only.

💲 Deposits

To secure your appointment:

 

  • ​A non-refundable deposit is required

  • Deposits may be transferred one time with 24 hours notice.

 

Deposits cannot be gifted, transferred, or applied to another guest.

❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens — if adjustments are needed, please notify at least 12 hours prior.

With timely notice:

  • Your deposit may be moved one time to a new appointment date

 

If cancelling outside policy, arriving excessively late, or not showing:

  • The appointment is forfeited

  • The deposit is forfeited

 

Repeated violations may affect future booking privileges !

💸 Refunds &
Service Adjustments

Because time, product, and expertise are dedicated to each guest:

  • Refunds are not offered on services

  • Results vary based on hair history, maintenance, and lifestyle

 

If concerns arise, please reach out within 24 hours so we may discuss a possible refinement if appropriate.

Retail products may be exchanged only if unopened and unused.

💧 Shampoo Experience

A relaxing shampoo service is included with all appointments.

You will be comfortably positioned in a high chair with gentle recline at the sink  similar to a salon experience, simply without the traditional shampoo bowl.

Your comfort, safety, and relaxation are always prioritized.

🐾 Pet Notice

I do have pets in the home, however they are:

  • Secured in another area during services

  • Not allowed in the service space

  • Never in contact with clients

 

If you have allergies or concerns, please let me know prior to booking
